Responsible for the execution of live weather programming across various dayparts. Prepared national and international weather newscasts and forecasts, including: live interviews, talent (both voice and on-camera) for recorded packages, live field reporting nationwide on major weather events (including tropical storms, tornadoes, severe thunderstorm outbreaks, snow and ice storms, droughts, heat waves and more than 30 land-falling hurricanes). Also, participated in in-house and field reporting for several media outlets such as NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, MSNBC, Fox News and local television stations coast-to-coast. Proficient in Tru-Vu Max and Viz weather graphics. Acted as talent for broadband internet national and local forecast on Weather.com. Produced and presented live local test product in the Pittsburgh market. Presentation included regional, 7 day forecast, local traffic analysis, current conditions and event forecasting. Team player and multi-tasker.

Worked with a cross-functional team including graphic artists and on-camera meteorologists to interpret forecast data and prepare local, regional, national and international weather maps and graphics to be used on-air.

Responsible for the creation and dissemination of current and forecast weather analysis for 10 to 12 local markets from the Midwest to the Northeast, including Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Boston. Maintained a service known as AccuWx Snow Warning, a product designed to alert various local and state governments across the U.S. to severe and potentially dangerous winter weather.
